Hey! My name is Ritik Joshi and I am 29 years old. I live with my family in Vikaspuri, Delhi. If I talk about my daily schedule, it is a normal 9 hours job, and I get enough time to do my daily chores and things that I like. I am a person who is very particular about his health and things. It was not only disturbing my health physically but also mentally. Along with hematuria, I was also falling in the ditch of depression.
I was taking all the possible medicine. I felt relief for a while, but the symptoms went coming back again and again. I know a little about Ayurveda, as my father used to take us to for yoga classes.
